Itinerary of services:
The day before your first service, our team will contact you to provide precise and clear information about your itinerary, offering a detailed description as well as useful recommendations that will greatly assist you during your trip.
Full Day Machu Picchu Visit (Day 01):x
Two and a half hours before your train departure, our staff will meet you to take you to the Ollantaytambo train station, where you’ll board your assigned train. The train journey lasts approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes, passing through the Machu Picchu canyon until you reach the town of Aguas Calientes, where one of our representatives will be waiting to assist you.
To reach Machu Picchu, you’ll take a 20-minute bus ride that will take you directly to the entrance. Once there, accompanied by your group and guide, you’ll go through the necessary controls and begin your guided tour of Machu Picchu, which lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. After the tour, your guide will take you back to Aguas Calientes, where you’ll have some free time before heading to the train station for your return journey. You’ll take the return train to the original station where our team will be waiting to transfer you back to Cusco, with an additional 2-hour drive.
Visit to Rainbow Mountain Vinicunca (Day 02):
The service begins early in the morning, after your guide and transportation pick you up from your hotel in Cusco. The first stop will be a restaurant in the town of Cusipata, after a 2-hour drive. Here, you’ll enjoy a delicious breakfast.
After breakfast, you’ll continue your journey for approximately 1 hour. During this part of the trip, your guide will share interesting information about the local flora, fauna, and geography. Upon reaching the Vinicunca parking area, you’ll meet the ATV instructor. You’ll have about 30 minutes to learn how to properly operate the ATVs before heading toward Vinicunca. This ride will take about 1 hour, and once you arrive, you’ll enjoy a short 10-minute walk to the summit of Rainbow Mountain. You’ll have time to appreciate the landscape and take photos. Afterward, it’s time to return on the ATVs to where your transportation is waiting, to take you back to the restaurant in Cusipata and then return to Cusco.

Excluded Services:
- Meals in Machu Picchu are not included.
- Entrance fee to Rainbow Mountain (30 soles per passenger).
Important:
All services will conclude at a mutually agreed point near the main square of the historic center.
Recomendations
- Make your reservation for the package as early as possible to secure your entry to Machu Picchu, remember that spaces are limited on the classic route, which is the most requested.
- Remember to book your Cusco to Lima flight during the early hours of the day to ensure you can start the tour without any issues.
- Remember to bring passports and/or identification documents, as they will be required to pass all necessary controls along the route.
- Remember that tickets can be presented either printed or virtually.
- On board the trains, there is a luggage limit of 8 kilograms per person.
- For your visit to Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain, wear comfortable clothing and footwear, as the journey is long, but the tour itself is not a great challenge that requires specialized equipment.
- Since you will be in an area known as the ceja de selva, it will be necessary to use insect repellent and sunscreen.
- Depending on the time of year you visit, don’t forget to bring warm clothing for the early and late hours of the day and/or a rain jacket.
- Remember to bring extra money for purchasing additional tickets and services not included.
- Bring water and snacks to help you get through the day.
- For the Rainbow Mountain tour, it’s best to wear layered clothing, as it will help you deal with the constant temperature changes during the tour.
