OUR COMPLETE TOUR ITINERARY
DAY 1
MACHU PICCHU TOUR
The day before your train departure, we will schedule an appointment with you to provide all the necessary information about your activity. With the exact information, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco City to connect to the Ollantaytambo train station, which you will reach in approximately 2 hours. Once at this station, you will board your scheduled train to journey through beautiful landscapes, into the Machu Picchu canyon, arriving in Aguas Calientes in about an hour and 45 minutes.
Upon arrival at Aguas Calientes or Machu Picchu pueblo, a representative of ours will be waiting at the immediate exit of the station to assist you in joining the tour group and subsequently boarding the buses that will take you to the entrance gate of the Machu Picchu archaeological site in just 30 minutes. Once there, you will need to go through the site’s control protocols to begin the tour with your guide. This activity lasts for 2 hours plus an additional 30 minutes for corresponding souvenir photographs.
After returning to Aguas Calientes after your lunch, you will then return to the train station and depart towards the original station (Ollantaytambo) from where we will pick you up to return to the city of Cusco, thus concluding this fantastic tour.
