The service ends at a designated meeting point near the main square in the historic center.

Itinerary:

04:00 – 05:00:
Scheduled pick-ups in the historic center of the city (you will receive a prior confirmation with a more precise pick-up time).

Leaving Cusco with your group and guide, you will travel approximately 2 hours to the traditional village of Mollepata, where you will visit a local restaurant for breakfast. After a short break, continue for another hour to reach Soraypampa, where the hike begins. The hike will take approximately 2 hours, leading you to the stunning Humantay Lake, the main destination of the day, where you will have about 40 minutes to enjoy the magnificent landscape.

After a simpler descent to the parking area, you will start your return journey, with a stop in Mollepata for lunch, before heading back to Cusco. You will arrive around 6:00 PM.

Recommendations:

• We recommend scheduling high-altitude activities for the last days of your itinerary, as this will allow your body to acclimate better.
• Don’t forget to bring cash for entrance fees and additional expenses, as well as water and some snacks.
• Dress in layers to adapt to the changing mountain weather.
• The best option is to wear specialized hiking shoes.
