Description of the Cusco airport to hotel transfer service.
If you already have a trip planned, book this service at least 12 hours in advance. As soon as you make your booking we will contact you to reconfirm important details such as your flight number, the number of passengers and your exact final destination in Cusco.
On arrival, our driver will be waiting for you in the exit corridor, outside the baggage claim hall, holding a sign with our company name and the name of the lead passenger you will have given us.
Once in the vehicle, parked in the airport car park, you will set off towards your previously confirmed hotel. All services are fully private and the vehicle will make no other stops until it reaches your destination; given the airport's location, the journey should take no more than 40 minutes to any point in or around the historic centre.
Along the way you will receive general information and tips that will be useful during your stay.

Private transport suited to the size of the group requested:
- From 1 to 3 passengers: cars with 3 rows of seats, such as the Xpander or Avanza
- From 4 to 6 passengers: 7-seater minivan, Hyundai Staria model.
- From 7 to 10 passengers: medium-sized van, Hyundai, Renault or Mercedes-Benz models.
- From 11 to 15 passengers: premium van with capacity for 20 passengers.
- Groups of more than 15 passengers will be accommodated in a premium van, with additional vehicles added according to the number of remaining passengers; we do not provide services by bus due to vehicle size restrictions in certain areas, especially in Cusco's historic centre.
