Itinerary:

Pick-up from your hotel in the historic center of Cusco (you’ll receive a confirmation with the exact time the day before).

From Cusco, the tour will head to Maras, where you’ll explore the famous salt mines, known for their striking landscape and historical significance. You’ll learn about the traditional salt extraction process, a technique that dates back centuries.

Next, head to Moray, an impressive Inca archaeological site. These ancient circular terraces were used to experiment with crops from different ecological zones, allowing the Incas to adapt food to various climates and altitudes.

The tour ends with a visit to Chinchero, a beautiful village famous for its vibrant textile art. Watch as local artisans demonstrate how they hand-wash, spin, dye, and weave alpaca wool using ancient techniques.

2:30 PM: Return to Cusco, where the tour concludes.
