Humantay lake the Turquoise Treasure of the Andes

Next to the majestic snow-capped peak known as “Salkantay” (at 6,264 meters above sea level), whose Quechua name translates to “the indomitable,” stands the impressive Humantay Glacier, rising over 5,450 meters above sea level.
